AMNANDA PROCESS THERAPIST TRAINING
WHAT IS AMNANDA?
Amnanda is developed from a Tibetan Ayurvedic lineage. It is a series of 12 therapeutic full body oil treatments that seek to address the effects of long-term stress, which can include feelings of overwhelm, lack of motivation, physical symptoms and accelerated ageing. It is also intended for people who consciously or unconsciously have suffered from traumatic life experiences. Ultimately, Amnanda develops harmony, affection and peace within an individual. When there is harmony, affection and peace, then a better state of health is more attainable. In Sanskrit, Am translates as gateway or pathway and Ananda as bliss, therefore Amnanda is the Gateway to Bliss and this is readily experienced and seen by those training to be therapists and then by clients.TRAINING
The process of learning how to give Amnanda treatments is a beautiful gift for you and then enables you to share this wonderfully transformative experience with others. The Amnanda Therapist Training course takes six months to complete, course attendance is two days per month to both learn and develop through yours and the groupβs experiences of the treatments. The morning sessions will be theory based and the afternoon practical, during which you will both receive and give the oil treatments within the group (previous massage experience or knowledge is not essential). Different potentized herbal oils are used throughout the course and the treatment itself is done with a very light mindful touch; the body is anointed with herbal oil as opposed to being massaged. After the third month training day therapists can begin to give Amnanda to others if they wish to. The next Amnanda Process Therapist training starts in Norfolk in January 2026 Β£100 per training session.LOCATIONS & FEES
