During this springtastic 3 and ½ hour workshop you will receive:
- 60 minute yogilates class
- 90 minute interactive talk on Ayurveda
- Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch
- Meditation for creative potential
The day will begin with a Yogilates class with Pilates and Yoga Instructor Rosie Farrell. As you probably worked out Yogilates is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga together. Rosie will take you on a beautiful journey of yogic flow to develop both strength and flexibility in the body and the mind simultaneously.
This will be followed by a talk on how to harness the creative potential of spring from an Ayurvedic perspective with Anne Heigham, Ayurvedic Practitioner. Anne will be providing food and drinks advice appropriate to the time of year with a special focus on getting the digestive system moving and the energy flowing in the body in order to make the most out of the long forthcoming days. She will be providing some springtime Ayurvedic recipes that you can take home with you.
You will be treated to a delicious seasonal ayurvedic vegetarian lunch and the workshop will be rounded off with a meditation for harnessing creative potential.
